Thank you for choosing Vcita Home Inspection Company. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Vcita Home Inspection Company (“Vcita,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, then we may refuse the right to provide you with our services.

Scope of Services

Our services include but are not limited to text, data, information, software, graphics, photographs, and any other materials provided by us or our affiliates (collectively referred to as the “Documentation”). This includes our website, any software, plug-ins, or other downloadable tools provided through our website (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Website”), and any related services.

Users and Invitees

Users are individuals who have created an account with Vcita Home Inspection Company (“Customers”). Invitees are individuals who have scheduled an appointment with a Vcita User, whether or not they have registered with Vcita. Viewers are individuals who visit the Vcita website but may not be Users or Invitees.

Authorized Users

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so (“Authorized User”).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you are an Authorized User, you also represent the authority to bind your company or organization to these Terms.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

These Terms include a dispute resolution and arbitration provision, including a class action waiver, which affects your rights regarding any disputes you may have with Vcita.

Data Processing: If you are located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, the Data Processing Addendum accompanies these Terms and sets forth additional terms that apply to the extent that any information you provide to Vcita includes personal data of individuals in these regions.
